3D Generalists - Senior and Intermediate positions available
Summary:
Reporting to the Lead Animator and VFX TD, 3D Generalists are responsible for modeling, rigging, lighting, texturing and rendering of various types of CG elements. Works within a very collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and sharing of knowledge and techniques.
Responsibilities:
     Model, rig, texture, animate and render as skills dictate within Maya.
     Work with the other members of the Animation team to develop the techniques and workflows required by each individual production.
     Create photo-realistic elements as required for feature film VFX.
     Actively contribute to the ongoing development of techniques of the VFX team.
     Continually update and share knowledge of existing and new software used in feature film production.
     Communicate and collaborate with the Lead Animator and other members of the VFX team.

Required Skills / Experience:
     Senior: 5+ years experience, preferably on feature films.
     Intermediate: 3-5 years experience, preferably on feature films.
     Demo reel demonstrating experience with Maya 8.0 and above.
     Ability to positively take direction and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines.
     Good time management skills.
     Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
     Experience in particles, fluids, cloth etc. considered a plus.
     Mandarin language skill a plus.

Compensation is competitive for the right individual.
Must be willing to relocate to Beijing, China.
