We are currently looking for the following to work in our San  
Francisco office:

RECRUITER

Purpose: Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a  
high turnover, high tech environment.   Recruiting functions include  
locating top talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with  
candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent  
basis. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while  
being held accountable for individual open requisitions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Direct sourcing of candidates as well as strong focus on  
sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold-calling,  
referrals, complex internet searches and research

·       Defining, implementing and executing recruiting and sourcing  
strategies that meet the staffing needs of the hiring managers

·       Act as a search expert for specific positions by  
understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and  
search requirements

·       Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to  
create innovative sourcing strategies

·       Partner with team to generate ideas, leverage resources and  
share information that facilitates an effective search process

·       Recruiting, interviewing and closing pre-qualified candidates

·       Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary  
range, relocation needs and basic qualifications

·       Maintain communication with candidates from interview through  
on-board process

·       Stay current with industry trends and development

·       Work collaboratively with hiring managers and related personnel


Education, Experience and Skills Required:

·       Bachelor’s degree required

·       Minimum of 5-7 years of professional work experience ideally  
in the VFX industry

·       Experience finding software, IT and technical candidates  
preferred

·       Solid rolodex of creative and technical candidates

·       Strong research skills are essential to the role

·       Excellent business acumen and strong written and oral  
communication skills are required

·       Effective at presenting to and building relationships with  
executive management

·       Ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional  
relationships over a long period of time

·       Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and  
influence decision makers and executives

·       Candidates must possess a competitive drive, personal  
integrity, and a strong work ethic

·       Superior ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize

·       Must be a top performer with an excellent track record of  
success
