We are currently looking for the following for our San Francisco Office:


PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Prepping dailies and rounds sessions for the VFX Supervisor

·       Taking and sending out detailed notes during dallies, rounds,  
meetings and client review sessions

·       Responsible for keeping track of the assigned shots and  
sticking to the schedule using the bid days Coordinators must inform  
the production manager and producer when a shot is going over schedule

·       Knowing the current status of any shot or artist at the drop  
of a hat

·       Sending out and keeping track of artist priority and targets  
list

·       Primary conduit with Editorial and I/O and support systems

·       Making sure helpdesk tickets are taken care of and satisfying  
the artists needs that relate to getting his/her work done

Qualifications:

·       2-3 years of solid production experience managing a diverse  
range of visual effects productions including all or any of  
television, short form, commercials, music videos or feature films

·       Must be an expert project manager/scheduler

·       Must be extremely knowledgeable in the following software:  
File Maker Pro, MS Excel, MS Word, Project or FastTrack

·       Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious with a  
desire to excel

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory

·       Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask

·       Ability to take direction positively, work well within a team  
and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines
