We are currently looking for the following for our San Francisco Office:
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Assist the VFX Producer and VFX Coordinator with day to day  
operations

·       Responsible for all meal/beverage ordering, picking up and  
delivering to the crew as well as cleaning up

·       Responsible for all client shipping/receiving including  
maintaining a shipping/receiving log and scheduling/dropping off all  
packages.

·       Building and maintaining the post mortem book

·       Building and maintaining the show wrap Book

·       Responsible for keeping tack of Petty Cash

·       Setting up and printing out shot panel boards for the walls

·       Setting up and maintaining the show's WIKKI page

·       Faxing, scanning, printing, delivering, cleaning, organizing  
various things

·       Gathers reference or sets up reference shoots depending on  
the needs of the production



Education, Experience and Skills Required:

·       Prior experience in a Visual Effects or Film production  
company is always preferred

·       High level of computer literacy is desirable in applications  
such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases such as  
Filemaker Pro

·       Needs to be fast, fastidious, reliable and flexible

·       Needs to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious with a  
desire to excel.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask

·       Ability to take direction positively, work well within a team  
and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines
