  Position Summary

The Lead Modeling TD - India is a Los Angeles based position that works 
closely with the India Modeling team to ensure the highest quality of 
work is produced and meets the needs of production.  The Lead Modeling 
TD needs to be able to communicate aesthetic as well as technical needs, 
working closely with the Look Development Manager and LA based senior 
modeling personnel.  The Lead Modeling TD is responsible to both Los 
Angeles and India production management, reporting to the Modeling 
Department's Manager, Digital Production.  On occasion, the Lead 
Modeling TD will be required to travel to R&H facilities in India.  In 
LA, this is a swing shift position with the average workday beginning at 
1:00 p.m.

 


  Responsibilities 

*Aesthetic and technical quality control of work executed in India.

*Provide feedback and instruction to India modelers.

*Continual development of modeling personnel in India, with an emphasis 
on growing

   appropriate candidates into lead positions,

*Nightly reviews with India modeling production teams via videoconference

*Daily status meetings with Look Development Manager and production 
modeling leads.

*Ongoing development of educational material for modeling department.

*Work with LA and India production management in scheduling models and 
personnel.

*Strong modeling experience in Maya

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

*Self-managed and self-motivated

*Ability to rapidly learn and assimilate new technologies

*Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of self-direction

*A history of consistent high-end aesthetic and technical modeling 
execution.

*Feature level modeling experience

 

*Desired Skills*

*Familiar with R&H modeling pipeline

*Experience with production/model scheduling

*Experience working in a supervisory capacity
