We have some new *3D positions that are ready for immediate hire*. The
new project is a semi-realistic architectural animation and a series of
large renders that has grown to encompassing a large part of a city. We
need at least 2 (possible 3) more 3D artists to help facilitate the
work. The positions are full time for the duration of the project.
(However, you will be considered for future projects.) We are currently
primarily using Maxon’s Cinema4D, but will consider other software as
well. We also use Maya, and have integrated Max in the past. Pay is
based on experience and the budget for our project. * We do not
outsource any work and the position is in our offices in Dallas, TX. *
Also, the leading feedback question has been: “*How long do we expect
the project to last*?” We are estimating about 6 months. Once we are
interviewing, I can give more details and what we are planning beyond
that time frame.

*Position One:*
This position is for a well accomplished 3D artist with a portfolio with
a strong experience in architecture. You must be able to work from a
variety of sources such as sketches to blue prints to designing filler
structures. The models will be higher polygon count than normal but they
still efficient. There are several structures that need to be very
detailed, but to complete the desired look, the surrounding areas are
also being modeled in detail. Taking direction well and teamwork is a must.

*Position Two:*
The second position is an entry level (or higher) position, but you do
still need an excellent understanding of the 3D program. This is for
modeling low polygon items throughout the scenes from featured signs to
park benches. This position is for adding the details that are often
overlooked in animations. Portfolio with low polygon models is needed.
Depending on skill, you can be given more work. Taking direction well
and teamwork is a must.

*Position Three:*
This position is still being debated, but will be considered from the
applicants. Also open in this position is a texturing or lighting
artist. Taking direction well and teamwork is a must.
