The School of Communication Arts in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks 
candidates for a full time faculty position in the Digital Animation 
Department. Qualified candidates must have a Master’s degree or its 
equivalent in Animation, Computer Graphics or related field. Experience 
in Higher education teaching is preferred. Ideal candidates will have 
several years of professional industry experience. The School of 
Communication Arts seeks educators who will encourage creativity, 
innovation and process while imparting the practical concepts of the 
animation industry.

Candidates should be specialists in their field with an innate desire to 
teach. Candidates should be able to teach a variety of subjects and 
levels and have expertise to teach MAYA, AfterEffects, 3D Studio Max, 
Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator. Ideal candidates must be flexible and 
able to teach in a variety of subjects and levels, including foundation
