VFX Senior Producer

veterans of George Lucas' Industrial Light + Magic, the company based in Los
Angeles and San Francisco has become a leading force in high-end visual
effects and animation services, motion picture and broadcast production, and
filmmaking technology development and licensing. 

 

In its brief history, The Orphanage has become internationally recognized
for visual effects innovation and celebrated for elevating filmmaking
technology. 

We're currently looking for a VFX Senior Producer in our San Francisco
office: 

Duties: 
- Handle a vfx project from inception through completion 

- Collaborate on the pitch, bidding and negotiation processes 

- Create and manage project documentation, timelines, deliverables and
budget 

- Accurately forecast timing and associated costs of project 

- Handle client contact for all project-level communications 

- Manage technical, artistic, and production staff in a team environment 

- Act as a hands-on producer 


Qualifications 
- Excellent people skills to negotiate terms and conditions for staff
assignments 

- Experience in on-set and live action situations so to understand the
integration of live action and VFX work 

- Must be detailed oriented, well organized, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced environment 

- Excellent written and oral communication skills 

- 6-8 years industry experience in a client-focused environment
