Gnomon School of Visual Effects, a proprietary school specializing in
training for careers in high-end computer graphics for the entertainment
industries, is looking for a dynamic sales-oriented individual. Located in
the heart of Hollywood¹s production district, we educate individuals who are
passionate about working in film, television and games. Our Admissions
Recruiter will be passionate about helping prospective students fulfill
their dreams.

Admissions Recruiter

Position Summary: 

Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admissions to Gnomon
School of Visual Effects. The Admissions Recruiter (AR) manages their time
and inquiry resources to achieve appointment, application and enrollment
goals. AR also conducts follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and
future class applicants.

Key Job Elements: 
    €     Manage inquiries, making effective, prompt contact;
    €     Determines appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon
career goals and individual background;
    €     Schedules interviews. Pursues qualified candidates for enrollment;
    €     Achieves application and enrollment goals.
    €     Accurately portrays Gnomon¹s educational programs to all
prospects;
    €     Consistently conducts minimum follow-up with all qualified
prospects to ensure successful matriculation;
€     Participates in recruitment and enrollment activities including:
school tours, regional presentations, orientation programs, career days,
etc.;
    €     Accurately forecasts projected new students and applicants on a
periodic basis;
€  Assists other personnel and departments with data collection and problem
solving.
    €     Conducts all activities in accordance with the highest ethical
standards. Adheres to all state, and federal accreditation and school rules
and regulations regarding student recruitment.


Position Requirements:
    €   Minimum of 2-3 years non-durable goods/intangible sales experience.
(Recruiting experience a plus.)
€     Bachelors degree preferred.
    €   A sincere interest in helping others achieve their goals.
€   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
€   Able to work with a variety of people, both within the school and with
the public.
    €     Ability to work independently and make decisions based on general
guidelines.
    €     Is goal-oriented and highly ethical.
    €     Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
