[Scratchpostjobs] Bardel Entertainment Inc needs Animation Directors

Bardel Entertainment Inc. is currently seeking several Directors to join 
our studio on a number of exciting projects. We have openings on several 
Flash TV series, as well as CG TV series. Our projects range from light 
comedy to action adventure.


Job Description may include:
Work with the client to ensure all artistic components of the production 
are met and executed as per the creative vision.
Oversee design, colour, storyboard, animatic, animation, and 
post-production.
Provide detailed revision notes to storyboarders
Work with the editor to create episode animatics
Work with the Voice Director and the client, to direct actors during 
voice record
Approve animation, or supervise Animation Director
Work with the editor and client to create the final cut of the program
Provide direction and revision notes to composers, and sound designers.

Job Requirements may include:
Strong knowledge of Flash or Maya and After Effects
Experience directing a Flash or CG series
Experience storyboarding for a series
Strong drawing skills
Experience working with editorial (Avid)
Experience with voice record
Ability to communicate effectively with both crew and clients
Knowledge of digital image programmes, such as Photoshop, Illustrator
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be a Canadian citizen, willing to relocate to Vancouver, BC for the 
duration of the project
