Advice and Implementation of quick-loading Flash-friendly interface

Help design and build flash characters (primarily head and shoulders)

Support art director in design process, including:

    Finding reference materials,

    Document pipelines,

    Maintaining art asset libraries

 

Project Description/URL:

We are creating a game to raise awareness about the topic of 
congressional redistricting.  The game familiarizes the player with the 
basic principles of redistricting, in a social simulation to understand 
the impact on communities and legislative representation. The 
Re-Districting Game is part of a larger effort to educate, engage and 
empower citizens to become involved.

 

Software:  Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Hours: up to 40 hrs/week

Pay: $15 - 40/hr, depending on experience/expertise

Start date:  Immediately

Duration:  until October, 2006.
